Deposits & Balances

25% deposit required to confirm booking.
Remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

If booking within 4 weeks of arrival, we require full payment.

We offer no refunds on cancelled bookings, sorry!
 
Bedding & Linen
-
Fresh Bedding and Towels are supplied for your holiday
 
-
We do not supply beach towels
 
-
We ask guests not to use our towels for beach/pool purposes
 
-
For stays of over 7 days, we supply a change of bedding & towels
 
Air Con Units
-
In summer months, although it may be incredibly hot, air con units are not built to run 24 hours a day.
(The air con is supplied for use by all guests, but we do ask you to note the following points)

Please use with windows shut and turn off when not in apartment.

Due to miss-use by prior guests, any damage directly related to miss-use will be charged to said guests, including all costs incurred by us in our requirements to repair/replace units.

If there are any problems with the air con units, please contact us (or our representative) asap so we can rectify the problem. Please DO NOT tamper with units even if you are a registered air-con engineer!!
 
Keys
-
We supply 2 sets of keys for the apartment. Any keys lost will be charged for including cost of change of locks.
   
Arrival / Departure

We ask all guests to try and arrive between 2pm and 4pm. Obviously that is not always possible, but our cleaners are booked from 12 noon to 2pm, and our greeters are asked to be available for the 2 hours afterwards. If you need to arrive outside these hours, we have installed a key deposit box where you can collect the keys. Our greeters will not be available outside these times.

We know it isn't fun leaving to go home, so we give guests the chance to ge their things together and vacate the premises by 12 noon, rather than some killjoys who want you out at 10am!
We'd let you stay longer but our cleaners have a 2 hour changeover time limit. If there is nobody due in our your day of departure, we can arrange for you to have another couple of hours.

 
Languages
-
Although we take booking for guests from any country, please be aware that our greeters speak only English and Spanish. If you require someone to speak a different language, we can find a greeter who does, but you will need to pay them for their time.
   
Info Pack
-

We have an info pack in the top drawer in living room.
If you find anything more to add to it, please do so, although try to keep at least one map there for future guests.

   
Damage
-
Damage caused whilst staying at Apt. Scarlett which is beyond normal wear and tear will be charged by the owners at cost to ourselves. Sorry, but after last summer, we have no alternative that to do this - most of our guests treat the apartment well and with respect, but unfortunately, some do not. Thanks to them, we have to do this.
     
Smoking
-
No smoking inside the property please - & why would you? It's gorgeous outside! Ahstrays are provided, we just ask that you use them on the balcony.
